Since we are not realtors we can not show homes. We are
a marketing and advertising company that helps the For Sale By Owner sell
their home themselves.
Do you provide Mortgage help?
Yes, we can pre-qualify potential buyers and provide loans for both buyer and seller.
Who gets the phone calls from the potential buyers?
The NWBO system allows you to have a phone number "programmed" in to your sign that allows potential
buyers to be re-directed live to you.
Do we still need to run and ad in the paper?
Absolutely! Still a great idea! Instead of using your telephone number, use your
exclusive 1-800 number. Many buyers will go to the paper first, listen to the audio tour,
check the web site, and then see your home in person. This gives you a more qualified
buyer.
What if I don’t have a digital camera?
No problem, you can
take regular pictures and mail them to our corporate office. They will be
scanned and entered into the web site.
Is there Tech Support available?
Yes, NWBO will answer any technical questions and supports all customers.
Should I call the individuals back that call on my home?
Absolutely! With our unique, state-of-the-art management system, your leads will
be accessible to you anytime you want them. We suggest that you call potential buyers
and promote your home and open house yourself. NWBO is only a marketing tool. You
are still in control of the "sales process."
Why don’t you provide VIRTUAL TOURS, instead of just pictures?
Not everyone has DSL or High-speed Internet. NWBO does what is called the "automatic
picture load." This process allows buyers to see all of the pictures at once. Virtual
tours will be added on as DSL is more available.
